Each final gallery includes:

– Curated, high-resolution edited images. (ppi and cropping within branded guidelines if applicable)

– Both web-optimized formats and print-ready.

– Commercial usage license. (hotel & brand use)

– Optional black-and-white versions if desired.

If requested, we can handle uploading final images to your brand’s internal platform (such as Marriott’s DAC or Hilton’s Mediabank), ensuring they meet all required specifications and standards. This service is complimentary and can be included in the project scope

Depending on the project, travel costs may be included in the overall creative fee. When billed separately, travel fees typically cover airfare, accommodations (usually 1–3 nights), ground transport, and per diem. If your hotel is hosting the shoot, accommodations may be provided in-kind. We always aim to keep travel seamless and efficient, with minimal impact on your team.

Full galleries with final high-resolution images will be delivered within 4-6 weeks, depending on scope. We deliver everything via a private, downloadable gallery formatted for both web use and print. Smaller preview galleries will be sent within 7 business days.

Yes—expedited delivery is available for smaller projects, depending on the timeline and current booking schedule. That said, each gallery is crafted with great care, and the detailed editing process should never be rushed.
